As Store Director, you will manage and develop a professional sales staff of design consultants to drive sales, provide excellent service to our customers, meet company goals, and maximize store promotions and marketing initiatives. Sales growth will be achieved through training and coaching your staff to accomplish their professional and financial goals. The Store Director must also possess exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications Required:

• At least 5 years proven retail management experience in the Furniture Industry knowledge in fields such as retail, interior design or sales

• Willingness to work weekends (10am " 6pm Saturday and 12pm " 5pm Sunday) and a two evenings per week until 8pm.

Qualifications Preferred:

• College degree desired




Salary Range:

They offer the starting base salary of 60K, depending on experience along with an outstanding bonus potential, comprehensive medical and dental plan, 401K match, and a variety of other coverage options plus a generous discount on our products. Two days off during the work week will be substituted for your weekends.
